ABOUT ME

Fraser’s football career: Fraser started playing football at the age of 3, playing with Bonnyton Thistle Mini Kickers, cultivating his love of football.

Fraser played with Bonnyton Thistle starting at  4- a-side all the way to 11 a-side. Being at Bonnyton Thistle for 9 years, he felt like he needed a new challenge. Fraser then moved to Dean Thistle to further his development. After 3 very good years with Dean thistle, he felt like he was ready to take the next step in his football career, and he moved to Cumnock Juniors. After a full season with the club, he felt like his development had plateaued and moved to his current team Troon Dundonald where the coaching was of a really high standard. Fraser has enjoyed a good start to life at the club. During his footballing career he has also played school football with both his primary school Onthank Primary and his secondary school Kilmarnock Academy. In 2022 while in his third year of secondary school Fraser won the Ayrshire schools U15s trophy and Scottish School’s U15s trophy with Kilmarnock Academy. Fraser played a vital role with this team starting every game centre midfield and even being the only player to score goals in both finals.

Since then Fraser has enjoyed a spell at Troon where they won the 2023/24 league title, playing a pivotal role in the team.

Why Fraser wants to go to the USA: Fraser wishes to continue playing the sport he loves by playing college football in America, allowing him to continue his educational studies at the same time. He hopes he can experience lots of things such as, meeting people from all over the world and building relationships with them, playing football at the highest level he can, whilst benefiting from the standards of coaching he will receive in the USA but most importantly getting a degree in his chosen subject that will allow him to have a successful career in the future.
